• Game Progress & Preferences: Levels unlocked, 3-star ratings, high scores, puzzle stats, collected coins, and equipped cosmetic themes (e.g., Cyber Neon, OLED Midnight) are stored directly on your device via local preferences and database storage.
• Game State Data: Saved board states, undos, and remaining lives are stored locally to allow seamless offline play.

B. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services

When you play Arrow Flow, third-party software development kits (SDKs) may automatically collect certain diagnostic and device-related information to provide advertising, analytics, and app stability:

• Device & Hardware Details: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, screen resolution, and language settings.
• Network & Location: IP address (used to infer broad geographic region, e.g., country/city level), network carrier, and connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
• Unique Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID / AAID) and anonymous app instance identifiers.
• Game Telemetry & Diagnostics: Level start/completion events, hints used, crashes, ANRs (Application Not Responding), and app performance metrics.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted third-party providers to support analytics, advertising, and app distribution. These providers have access to your data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

3. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information for the following legitimate purposes:

• Core Gameplay: To maintain and track your game progression, achievements, and unlocked cosmetic skins.
• Game Balancing & Improvements: To understand level difficulty, optimize puzzle design, fix bugs, and prevent app crashes.

4. Advertising & Your Choices

Arrow Flow displays in-game advertisements through Google AdMob. You have full control over personalized advertising:

• Reset or Opt Out of Advertising ID: On your Android device, navigate to Settings > Google > Ads and choose to "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID".
• Personalized Ads Toggle: You can toggle off personalized advertising directly in your Google Account settings. If opted out, you will still see ads, but they will be contextual rather than personalized.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)

Arrow Flow is designed for general audiences of all ages who enjoy logic puzzles. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.

• Your gameplay data (levels completed, coins, skins) is stored locally on your device storage. Uninstalling the game or clearing application data may reset your local progress.
